By using this website and/or doing business with us you agree to be bound by our policies. The terms "we", "us" "our", "Hair Graffitti" refer to Hair Graffitti Virgin Hair Company LLC. 

All users of this site agree that access to and use this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law.

Hair Graffittti reserves the legal right at anytime to turn down or refuse any payments or services now or future WITHOUT notice.


Hair Graffitti reserves the right to DECLINE any orders if we suspect fraudulent activity. 

ALL orders over $300 is REQUIRED to submit a government issued photo id! This is to prevent any scandalous fraudulent activity on behalf of your name and prevent merchandise theft on behalf of Hair Graffitti's products.

Anyone who declines to submit the proper documentation within the specified time frame, order will be cancelled and all information will be immediately reported to our Fraud Inspection Team!

Also in the future, you will no longer be able to purchase from us or our networking companies.


Due to the nature of our products & federal law, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Our products can be exchanged, but NO money nor store credit will be given!

We DO NOT offer refunds on any of our products or services now or in the near future.

Hair Graffitti is NOT bound by any law to accept any cancellations! 

And there's NO EXCEPTIONS!

Buyer is responsible for 15% RESTOCK FEE and ALL shipping costs related to getting the hair back to us!

For any reason you SUDDENLY change your mind and want to cancel, you have 24 hours to immediately notify us of your decision ! We classify this as "BAD BUYER DECISION".

Instances like this, Hair Graffitti is not at fault for your cancellation because it is a PERSONAL CHOICE of the buyer, so we are not responsible for the additional shipping costs. If we hear nothing from you after 24 hours, it is considered as a confirmed and production will take place and the right to cancel will EXPIRE!

If you order has been shipped out, you MUST NOT open the package for ANY REASON and send it back to us UNOPENED and without damages. If package is opened, torn, ripped or cut in any way the package will be ruled out as "DEFECTIVE" and no funds will be due to you! 

Also, we DO NOT.....We repeat... DO NOT accept packages without insurance:

It is a REQUIREMENT that you send us the tracking number so we can closely monitor the package until it get to us! We recommend insurance on ALL packages in event there is a delivery dispute!

We also reserve the right to contact USPS to confirm the correct address used! If the address is DIFFERENT from the one we provided, NO cancellation reimbursement will be given until we receive our property!

Once package is in our procession, and in good standing we will immediately notify you we received it and the 15% restock fee will be deducted from the total amount paid and the remainder will be disbursed the same way it was received!


Hair Graffitti is NOT bound by law to accept any exchanges on human hair products AFTER THE EXPIRED DATE! 


Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to getting the hair back to us! 

Products can only be exchanged for other products! 


You have 7 days from the confirmed delivery date for you or your stylist to inspect your hair and notify us IMMEDIATELY if you want an exchange for something else!

A Hair Graffitti Rep will send you a return label via email and this label should be printed and placed onto your package.

Its recommended that you contact us FIRST by EMAIL or TEXT. 

NOT PUBLICLY on social media!!!! We're the company that's approving your exchange NOT SOCIAL MEDIA!

We do not tolerate disrespect nor ignorance! 

Hair Graffit does not accept USED hair nor is it permitted by federal law to give back any human hair product open or used! If the hair is altered in any way (finger combed, cut, colored, bleached, washed, curled or sprayed with any products) it will not be accepted and money will not be approved. Once hair is unwrapped and installed its now your personal l property and your responsibility to maintain it.


once the hair is used or open it is now UNSALEABLE AND in a category for sanitary health precaution for the next individual.

In order to qualify for an exchange, all security seals must NOT be broken off products!!! If seals are broken, that's automatic DENIAL of acceptance!

If you want to exchange items for a different length or texture, you're welcomed to do so! If there's a difference in total, you the buyer is responsible for the difference. If the total is less in amount, then the difference will be given in a store credit for future purchases. 

For your convenience, it's always advised not to wait until the last minute to place an order! If you have a hair appointment or prior engagements, its always wise to order a week in advance! 

Also, if there's a shipping delay due to the mail carrier, holiday or natural disaster, Hair Graffitti is NOT responsible but we'll try our hardest in assisting you package in a timely manner!


Hair Graffitti reserves the right to deny any payment at any given time without notice or explanation!

We accept ALL major credit cards! 

We recommend all our clients to have an active PayPal account! Orders will only be shipped to confirmed addresses! (Meanwhile, the shipping address must match the address of the credit card). 

Hair Graffitti is not in any way responsible for failure to confirm or update YOUR personal paypal billing or shipping information!

As soon as you place an order thru our site, your credit card transaction is charged IMMEDIATLEY!  

Once payment is made successfully, you will receive a confirmation email and text. 

If your payment is DENIED, CANCELLED, UNDER REVIEW or ON HOLD its possibly due to insufficient funds or no confirmed address on file! 

We will issue you a REFUND until the situation is addressed or corrected.  

We operate a strict fraud free company!

If any suspicion of any type of credit card fraud and/or theft of our merchandise is noticed, it will immediately be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law! This extreme precaution is to prevent our clients from identity and credit card theft and merchandise theft of our companies products. 

All payments must be paid in FULL before delivery! No hair will be shipped on "partial payment"!!!

All payments are processed within 1-3 business days and please purchase accordingly on sale and holidays. Please add an additional 1-2 days due to the high volume we currently have. All payments are processed in the order it is received!!! We can not RUSH any payments to be processed before the original time. 

Payments made Friday after 5pm will be processed and shipped the following Monday unless its a major holiday. 


Hair Graffitti currently offer Express Shipment for those who want their items immediately. 

There is an additional fee added to the transaction for the RUSH service! 

The (OVERNITE SHIPMENT SERVICE) rates can be found on our website ( for your viewing. 

All Rushed Order transactions has to be successfully confirmed by NOON of that day to be shipped out and received to you the following day. 



All orders can possibly take up to 3-6 business days depending on location. 

Note, that there are restrictions on some items and can not be shipped to international destinations without being held for "CLEARANCE CHECK" (almost like a safety check). 

In some cases, additional international shipping fees may apply. Keep in mind, international shipping may take longer due to customs and distance. 

Our items will be listed as "GIFT OR SAMPLE" to help avoid you being charged a customs fee. (we rarely experience this) but if this takes place, the customs fee is issued through your government and not thru Hair Graafitti's website so you will be responsible for any charges not Hair Graffitti. 

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over your country or any other.

Hair Graffitti reserves the right to change the delivery methods specified on this website at any given time! 

We have a standard 1-3 business day PAYMENT processing timeframe. Typically, payments are processed a lot sooner, but depending on credit card used or Hair Graffitti's merchant. 

Credit card payments cleared on Friday and Saturday by NOON will be shipped SAME DAY! Sunday payments will be cleared and shipped on Monday morning. 

Expect to receive your order within 1-4 business days once payment has successfully cleared. Some orders may take a little longer to receive, depending on location and security check process. 

Hair Graffitti WILL NOT accept requests to ship to an alternative address outside of the credit card used to make the purchase(s). Also we do NOT ship to P. O. Boxes! 

We entrust USPS to deliver your packages on time! If your package is delayed, Hair Graffitti will not offer any refunds or replacements of any sort! 



Once your order has shipped, we will immediately text and email your tracking number! 

Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.

We'll also attach a link to both your text and email to check the remaining journey of your package. 

If for some reason the tracking number isn't updating ( don't panic) it may be a technical problem or your package is in transition and haven't updated yet. 

Instances, where the tracking number hasn't updated after multiple attempts it is out of Hair Graffitti's jurisdiction but don't be alarmed, we'll keep track of your package on our end by via telephone of USPS. 


For your convenience, please do not wait until the last minute to place your order! 

If you have a intended deadline to receive your hair, a planned hair appointment or prior engagements its always advised to order far enough in advance to allow for any unanticipated delays. 

Hair Graffitti is not and will not be held responsible for any late deliveries due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, mail carrier issues or any other issues unplanned. 

Please be advised, its other packages to be delivered besides yours. So order accordingly! 

Saturday and Sunday is not business days so keep in mind there are no deliveries on weekends. 


All orders require any current valid form of identification to be presented to the delivery carrier, before any packages is released as proof of delivery. 

Once package is released, Hair Graffitt nor the postal carrier is not legally held at fault  for any consequences thereafter. 

It is solely the buyer responsibility to choose someone trust worthly to sign and release their package on their behalf. 

In the event your package isn't given to you we strongly advise you to please contact the carrier and let them know the situation and start a missing item search and stolen item investigation if need be! Also, Hair Graffitti will contact the Police Department and file a claim with the Fraud Department and the buyers bank to open a investigation claim to further the search of the missing or stole items. 

If you wasn't home to get your delivery on the first day, they will attempt to REDELIVER two more times. If you miss the following 2 attempts the carrier will leave a postage note stating where it is and what time its available for pick up at a local USPS for your convenience. 

If you wish to have it picked up outside of what was stated, you can call the USPS and give them a specific time and date and bring with your a current piece of mail with the exact address as package and a valid state id or drivers license. 


You have 24 hours to notify us of a wrong order.

Once you've contacted us regarding a wrong order, please attach a clear visible photo of what items were sent and a brief description of what items you should've gotten. 

If claim is approved and we're at fault, we'll send a paid postage label for the items to get back to us and we'll also pay for the shipping for the new corrected order to get back to you. Also, we'll send a FREE GIFT as a way to show how deeply sorry we are for our mistake. 

If the claim is denied, Hair Graffitti will send a receipt of what items were placed with the intent and knowledge of what was purchased. Hair Graffitti will not pay for the shipment of the hair to get back to us nor back to you if we sent out what was exactly on the order form. 

If you change your mind about what items you purchased, this is now considered a EXCHAGE and not WRONG ORDER CLAIM. 


Hair Graffitti is NOT responsible for any missing, lost , stolen or damaged packages! 

We do NOT provide refudns, store credits or replacement items once packages is out of our hands and into USPS care. 

If the tracking says "delivered" and you haven't received your items, immediately contact the carrier and notify them of the situation so they can perform an item search and if need be an insurance claim if items not recovered. 

Unfortunately, filing a claim doesn't always mean its guaranteed they'll recover your lost items. 

All packages automatically come with insurance due to the value of the products and unforeseen instances like this!

Please follow all protocols and procedures given by the carrier to insure you recover what was lost or any compensation due to you.

If you suspect it was stolen by the mail carrier or by someone in you facility please contact the U. S Postal Inspection Unit and contact your local police to file a theft claim. 

Be sure to reach out to us if you or the carrier need us for any reason. 


Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. 

We will send out a text and email address confirmation to insure the address and order is correct before shipment. 

We do this step to prevent mailing errors and wrong items sent out to the wrong person. 

It is extremely important that you respond to the messages urgently, so that we have an accurate address on file. 

If the shipment is returned to us due to "undeliverable" after we've confirmed your correct mailing address, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to get the hair back to them. 

No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. 

Before you send your order, please be sure to cross-check the address information before you submit it. 

Make sure you included ALL the information needed to deliver your package (full name, address and apartment number or suite, city, state and zip code). 


If any product is "OUT OF STOCK" it will be shown as "SOLD OUT" and you will not be able to purchase that product. 

However, you can send us an email which items you want and your contact information. 

Once the product becomes available, you will be sent a notification to let you know its now available for purchase.

Please Note, prices and products are subject to change without notice! 


Hair Graffitti Lay Away Program is a 60 day cost effective way to purchase hair when its convienant to you. 


There is NO payment schedule! 

Pay whenever you want within the 60 days 

There is a NON refundable deposit of $50. The $50 goes toward your purchase if successfully payed out by the 60th day of your agreed lay away contract.

If contract is forfeited, you loose deposit! And it will be kept for your service fee.

Also future contracts will not be honored if you've had previous delinquent law away with Hair Graffitti. 

You can only put REGULAR priced items on lay away!!

Hair Graffitti is not responsible if you forget your due date and the amount you owe on your contract. 

If your due date is approaching, and you would like to keep your order, you can EXTEND your contract out for an additional 14 days for $15 until you're able to pay it out in full

If you choose to cancel, add or replace  items on your order for something else, please do it within the 60 days to avoid the $50 service fee.

Every 2 weeks you will receive a reminder via text and email from a Hair Graffitti Rep stating your balance and due date.

Screenshot the order to us and label it as "lay away plan"

You and a Hair Graffitti Rep will calculate your due date and you will pay your deposit on site and you pay your remainder on your own terms before the 60th day. 

Payments can not be paid on Hair Graffitti website because every payment is different. 

An offline payment request (paypal invoice) will be sent each time you're ready to make a payment toward your reserved items. 

Once payment is paid in full, a Hair Graffitti Rep will process and ship your order the same day if its before NOON , if not order will go out the following day. 



By purchasing from Hair Graffitti, the buyer hereby accepts our services & products in its present “AS IS” condition and acknowledges that the entire risk as to the quality, condition and performance is unjustifiable! 

Any defeats AFTER purchase, the buyer and not Hair Graffitti assumes the entire cost of any necessary maintenance expenses. 

Hair Graffitti and all its information, content, materials, products and services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Hair Graffitti website are provided on an “AS IS” basis unless otherwise specified in writing. 

You expressly agree that your use of Hair Graffitti services and products is at your sole risk

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Hair Graffitti Virgin Hair Company LLC, disclaims ALL warranties, express or implied, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose Hair Graffitti does not warrant that the Hair Graffitti website, services or products included on or otherwise made available to you sent from through the Hair Graffitti services and products sent from Hair Graffitti or our manufacturers are free from defective components. Hair Graffitti will not be liable for any damages or any kind arising from the use of any Hair Graffitti service or product included on or otherwise made available to you through any Hair Graffitti services or products or website including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages unless otherwise specified in writing.

Hair Graffitti is not bound by any warranty, guarantees or promises regarding our products or services. We are not legally liable for any defects or nay national characteristics of any kind in the goods sold by us.

All Hair Graffitti clients purchases are at FREE WILL and purchases at their own risk!


Virgin hair is DISTINCT!

NO, two heads are exactly the SAME! 

Our images is meant to give you a visual of our textures you wish to purchase. When you order with us, you may notice that your bundles may have some type of variation between the picture and that of the hair you'll receive. 

This is NOT avoidable nor should it be! 

Remember its HUMAN HAIR! 

SOME bundles may seem MORE coarse, curls may be of looser or tighter then the other and it may LOOK different then you and another client. But in reality, you and the next client can actually be rocking the same exact hair! 

Our bundles go thru a strict quality control process before it is distributed to us and released to you.  

Hair Graffitti reserves the right to not GUARANTEE that ALL bundles are "perfect".

Reason being, not all human hair is "perfect". We also can NOT guarantee that our bundles will not EVER shed nor become dry. (Reason being, SOME, bundles may require a little bit more attention then other)

We only supply unprocessed virgin hair and it comes in NATURAL SHADES OF BROWN/DARK BOWN. If you choose to color the hair, it takes and hold permanent, semi-permanent lifts perfectly! Always seek a professional for permanent change, as the product is your investment. Though it is possible to color the hair, the risk of damaging it increases dramatically. All hair reacts differently to different products and regiments. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting and tangling. If an error occurs due to a chemical service, Hair Graffitti and its entities are not liable or held accountable for damage. Coloring, lifting or dying the hair may affect the original texture of the hair. We are responsible for the product after it has been altered from its original state. Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color!


Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. However, sewing through your wefts will cause the wefts to loosen, unravel and shed excessively. To keep your wefts in good condition and reusable, we suggest sewing around the wefts. In addiction, we also suggest putting a drop of weft sealer adhesive on each end of the cut wefts to help prevent shedding. The weft sealer is used as an extra insurance to prevent wefts from separating. Also seek a professional stylist and ask to install wefts using the flip over method to prevent wefts from being cut and its easier to install & remove in between styles!


In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that specific price. Hair Graffitti reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has already been charged for the purchase. We will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
